LEGAL FIRMS FILL BRIEF FOR MANOR PROPERTY PANEL
- Manor Property Group appoints two top 30 law firms to head panel of legal experts
- Irwin Mitchell Sheffield and DWF Manchester appointed.
Manor Property Group has appointed two of the country's top 30 law firms to head-up their property legal panel. The panel will be headed by Nic Crocker DWF's national head of real estate and Paul Firth, senior property lawyer at Irwin Mitchell, and it will deliver a comprehensive range of legal services for the East Yorkshire based company.
Manor Property Group has circa £850m worth of development projects across a range of markets; 2012 will see the commencement of:
- Purpose built high quality student accommodation
- National roll out of international brand hotels
- Mixed use inner city developments
- Retail developments
Manor Director Robert Lane explained: "We have chosen these two progressive and multi-talented companies to work with us on the wide range of development projects in our portfolio. We will always use specialised legal experts in defined areas when necessary but this panel will be able to assist Manor in its comprehensive plans for 2012 and beyond"
